Ciber names CDI’s former CEO to board

October 08, 2015

Ciber Inc. (NYSE: CBR), a Greenwood, Colo.-based IT staffing and solutions firm, elected H. Paulett Eberhart to its board of directors last month. Last year, Eberhart stepped down as CEO and president of CDI Corp., an engineering and IT staffing firm headquartered in Philadelphia.

Eberhart also held the same roles at Invensys Process Systems (now Schneider Electric), a technology and engineering services company. Eberhart also served in executive-level positions at IT solutions company EDS (now HP). She currently sits on the boards of directors of three other public companies: Anadarko Petroleum Corp., Cameron International Corporation and LPL Financial.

Ciber also appointed Mark Floyd as a director in the second quarter. Floyd has extensive experience in the technology industry, serving most recently as the CEO and chairman of Cyan Inc. (now part of Ciena Corp.).

“I am delighted to welcome Mark and Paulett to the Ciber board of directors,” said co-founder and Chairman Bobby Stevenson. “Together, they bring a significant amount of technology expertise, business strategy and customer focus to the board, which align to our business objectives of delivering long-term growth and enhanced shareholder value.”

Ciber in April entered into an agreement with a stockholder group to revamp its board composition. With these additions, Ciber’s board consists of eight members.
