Global consulting firm Mercer announced yesterday that it has acquired Denarius, a Santiago-based company that, among other things, produces research on corporate compensation and employee benefits in both Chile and Peru.

Denarius was founded by Chilean executive search firm Seminarium Penrhyn.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
