CareerBuilder.com acquired Lesjeudis.com, a Paris-based operator of six French job boards including an information technology job site. Lesjeudis also conducts job fairs. Terms of the deal were not been disclosed.

Lesjeudis will keep its name, and CEO Cedric Barbier will remain with the company.

CareerBuilder said Lesjeudis is one of the most-visited job sites in France. It began in 1997.
