Conroy Ross Partners, a retained search and consulting firm, announced an agreement with eastern-based firm Optimum Talent Executive Search to integrate Optimum’s executive search division into the Conroy Ross brand. Optimum also provides a suite of human resources and executive consultant services, which will continue to operate under the Optimum brand.

The transaction closed at the end of July; terms were not disclosed.

The deal brings Conroy Ross three new office locations — Montreal, Quebec City and Ottawa — as well as an increased presence in Toronto. Conroy Ross now has six offices in Canada.

“This merger furthers the momentum gained from last year's acquisition of Toronto's Funnel Search Group, which enhanced our presence across the country,” said Conroy Ross CEO Mike Bacchus. “Establishing office locations in Central and Eastern Canada allows us to deliver a greater level of service to national organizations as well as on regional levels.”
