California Gov. Signs Wage Theft Prevention Act

Last Month, California Gov. Jerry Brown signed into law The Wage Theft Prevention Act of 2011, which amends and adds to the California Labor Code, and imposes several new requirements on California employers, according to the November issue of the Legs & Regs Advisor now available to corporate members of Staffing Industry Analysts.
