Executive search firm The Caldwell Partners (TSX: CWL.TO) announced CFO Karen Richards will retire. Richards will remain with the Toronto-based firm through mid to late February to ensure a smooth transition.

Richards joined the company in 1992.

Until the search for Richards’ replacement is complete, Michael Falagario will manage the firm’s financial department. Falagario is presently director of finance, systems and planning.
