CTPartners Executive Search Inc. (AMEX: CTP), an executive search firm, signed a letter of intent to acquire Farin & Company, a Hamburg, Germany-based executive search firm. Annika Farin of Farin & Company will join CTPartners as managing partner, head of Germany.

“Farin & Company shares the same commitment to quality as CTPartners, and we are pleased and excited to have them join our firm,” said CTPartners CEO Brian Sullivan.
