CTPartners Executive Search Inc. (AMEX: CTP), an executive search firm, signed a letter of intent to acquire J-M. Beigbeder-CEO Search, an executive search firm specializing in senior executive and board level recruitments as well as in board advisory services in Paris. Jean-Michel Beigbeder, a founder of J-M. Beigbeder, is a former CEO of Spencer Stuart and former chairman of the international executive committee of Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY).
