CTPartners names new CEO

April 15, 2015

CTPartners Executive Search Inc. (NYSE MKT: CTP) today appointed David Nocifora as CEO. Nocifora had served as chief operating officer and had served as the company’s CFO through 2012. Nocifora replaces Chairman and CEO Brian Sullivan, who initially announced plans to leave the firm April 2.

CTPartners subsequently announced Sullivan would step down immediately following the filing of the company’s Form 10-K, and that Sylvain Dhenin would assume the role of CEO. However, Dhenin now will remain with the firm as head of European, Middle East and Asia Pacific operations.

“As we further evaluated our immediate needs in the chief executive officer position, it became more apparent that David’s operating experience, and familiarity with the company’s operations will serve our clients, employees and shareholders well,” said Chairman Michael Feiner. “Sylvain will now be able to focus entirely on servicing customers and building our business.”

CTPartners is reviewing strategic alternatives for the company.
