CTPartners lists in-demand executive jobs for 2015

Big data analytics, technology advances in security and risk, and increased rigor demanded for corporate governance are top factors influencing the 20th annual Hot Jobs list of executive jobs expected to be in demand in 2015, released by retained executive search firm CTPartners (NYSE: CTP).

“We are seeing a proliferation of executive-level roles borne out of the global influence of big data,” said CTPartners CEO Brian Sullivan. “Businesses are looking for leaders who can not only understand the massive amounts of information available to them but also identify the threats and opportunities that come as a result of this evolving landscape.”

“Analytical roles such as head of personalization and head of people analytics, alongside risk and cybersecurity positions, are the new ‘in-demand’ roles that will be key to maintaining a company’s competitive advantage in 2015," Sullivan said.

CTPartners’ list of the predicted executive hot jobs for 2015:

Digital and marketing:

  • Chief marketing officer
  • Digital marketing/chief creative officer
  • Chief digital officer

Retail industry:

  • Analytics practice leader
  • Chief growth officer
  • Head of personalization

Cyber security and risk:

  • Chief information security officer
  • Digital risk officer
  • Conduct risk officer

Life sciences and healthcare industry:

  • Head of customer engagement
  • Chief patient officer
  • Head of population heath management
  • Chief innovation officer

Human resources:

  • Chief human resources officer
  • Head of people analytics

Financial sector:

  • Private equity CFO
