CTPartners Executive Search Inc. (NYSE MKT: CTP) reported revenue rose 36.6 percent in the first quarter to $39.9 million. The number of placements rose to 279 in the first quarter at the New York-based firm from 231 in the year-ago quarter. Average revenue per search rose 13 percent to $102,200 in the first quarter from $90,300 in the same quarter in the previous year.
