CIBER strikes deal to buy Indian firm

CIBER Inc. (NYSE: CBR) struck a deal to acquire Iteamic Pvt. Ltd, an information technology services firm based in Bangalore, India. Terms of the deal were not announced. Iteamic was formed in 2003. It has estimated 2009 revenue of between $7 million and $8 million and approximately 200 employees. The deal is expected to close in 30 days.

Iteamic founder and CEO Raghurama Kote will remain with the company.

CIBER is a Greenwood Village CO-based IT services and staffing company.
