Supplemental Health Care President and CEO Mike Jacoutot left the company effective Feb. 5.

"I had a real good run at Supplemental Health Care, unfortunately all good things must come to an end," Jacoutot said when contacted by phone on Tuesday.

Jacoutot joined Supplemental in September 2004. He had previously served as managing director of operations and chief marketing officer in the U.S. for Randstad Holding NV. He also wrote a sales book called "Become the Only Choice" after leaving Randstad.

Jacoutot said his plans for the future are open for now.

Supplemental Health Care, based in Park City UT, ranked No. 10 on Staffing Industry Analysts' list of largest healthcare staffing firms.
