CCCi names new president, CFO

May 14, 2015

IT staffing firm CCCi named Rob MacLane as its new president and promoted Janet Piper to executive VP and CFO, effective May 13.

MacLane replaces CEO Charleen McBrayer, who is retiring after 37 years with the firm. He joined CCCi in December 2014 as senior VP of business development; prior to that, he helped lead two other staffing companies in the industry.

Piper has been with CCCi for more than 20 years and has served in a number of different roles, most recently as senior VP.

Headquartered in Atlanta, CCCi has additional offices in Dallas, Charlotte and Birmingham and customers in 20 states. The company targets 20% year-over-year growth and is launching an engineering staffing practice and a military transition service for veterans across all markets.

“We are excited to see such an increased need for IT and engineering talent in our markets,” said MacLane. “With our current solutions and the introduction of our engineering staffing practice, we remain committed to serving our key markets across the US. I’m excited about the recent company changes and the opportunities they bring to CCCi. We congratulate Charleen on her retirement, and look forward to working with the new leadership team as we positively impact the community.”
