Staffmark will be the brand name for the combined CBS Personnel Holdings Inc., Staffmark and Venturi Staffing firms, the company announced today. CBS acquired Staffmark in January 2008 and Venturi Staffing in 2004. The new identity will be rolled out at the company's offices in the next 12 to 18 months.

Staffmark is a subsidiary of Compass Diversified Holdings.
