Bullhorn, a staffing software company, said it received $26 million in new financing from venture capital firms Highland Capital Partners and General Catalyst Partners. Bullhorn will use the funds to fuel market expansion and speed up product development plans. Bob Davis, a general partner at Highland, and John Simon, a managing director at General Catalyst, will join Bullhorn's board of directors.
