Brainhunter CEO steps down

Brainhunter Inc. (TSX: BH) announced that Chairman and CEO John McKimm resigned. McKimm had served as chairman and CEO since the company began in September 2001. He will remain as an advisor to the company for a period of time to provide for a smooth transition of duties.

Raj Singh, Brainhunter's president and chief operating officer, will take on the CEO role.

Brainhunter, a Toronto-based information technology staffing and solutions firm, ranked No. 7 on Staffing Industry Analysts' list of largest Canadian staffing firms.

The company also announced that its annual general meeting will take place July 20, following a court decision. There had been a dispute between two shareholder groups, according to the firm.
