Boyden adds Norway firm

Boyden Global Executive Search, headquartered in New York, announced Neo Group in Norway joined the company.

The transaction closed June 16; terms were not disclosed. The transaction was a merger of Neo into the Boyden platform, according to Gray Hollett, Boyden’s chief marketing officer, and Neo will become Boyden and use the Boyden brand.

Neo Group brings all its 12 team members to Boyden. Boyden Norway’s newly expanded leadership team will include Managing Partners Svein Eide Haukås, Kjetil Haug-Nodeland and Birger Svendsen; Partners Fredrik Torp and Terje Gunnulfsen; and Christelle Haug Dehli as a principal.

This expansion enhances Boyden’s strengths in global practices and functional sectors including board and C-level assignments in consumer/retail; energy, oil and gas; financial services; private equity; and professional services.

Boyden has more than 70 offices in over 40 countries.
