Robert Half International Inc. (NYSE: RHI) and Resources Connection Inc. (NASD: RECN) named new board members. Adecco SA announced all its board members have been re-elected at its annual meeting today.

Robert Half named Barbara Novogradac to its board. Novogradac is also president of the Novogradac Investment Company, a real estate investment firm.

Resources Connection named Susan Crawford and Michael Wargotz to its board of directors.

Crawford, most recently, had served as chairperson of the board of trustees of Bucknell University. Crawford also served as general counsel for the Army, special counsel to the Secretary of Defense and inspector general of the U.S. Department of Defense, and, in her current role, oversees military processes and procedures at Guantanamo Bay, according to the company.

Wargotz also serves on the board of Wyndham Worldwide and is the chief financial adviser for NetJets Inc. He is also a former Cendant Corp. executive.

Irvine-based Resources Connection provides finance and accounting, information technology and legal personnel through its Resources Global Professionals subsidiary.

Adecco, the world's largest staffing firm, announced that shareholders at its annual meeting today re-elected all board members including Chairman Rolf Dörig, Vice Chairman Thomas O'Neill, Jakob Baer, Andreas Jacobs, Fancis Mer, David Prince, Wanda Rapaczynski and Judith Sprieser.
