It appears al-Qaida offered some “excellent” human resources benefits to its fighters, according to a report on National Public Radio. Married members of al-Qaida received seven days of vacation for every three weeks worked. Single members received five days off a month. Of course, al-Qaida has less money these days and is under such pressure that its benefits may not be as generous as they used to be.
