Vallon Holdings LLC, a Minneapolis-based holding company launched a firm to provide chief financial officers on an interim and project basis. The firm will be named Vallon Finance LLC. Mark Richards, formerly of RBC Dain and Carlson Cos., will serve as president.

Allegiant Professional Business Services Inc. (OTCBB: TSPD.OB) is the new name for Tradeshow Products Inc., an Anaheim CA-based company that provides temporary staffing and professional employer organization services. The firm started in 2005 as a provider of promotional products for trade shows.
