Belcan announced today it acquired Energy Resources Management Ltd., a provider of high voltage electrical engineering personnel in the U.K. that has been in business for 10 years. Energy Resources’ former owner John Barnby will remain with Belcan as a consultant, and the company will continue to operate under its own brand.

Energy Resources is based in Highworth, U.K., and the acquisition will give Belcan a total of three offices in the U.K.

Terms of the transaction were not announced.

Belcan ranks No. 37 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest U.S. staffing firms.
