Magic Johnson Enterprises, which operates under the leadership of former Los Angeles Lakers basketball star Earvin "Magic" Johnson, is launching a new staffing firm, Magic Workforce Solutions. The new firm will operate though an alliance with Adecco SA.

"Magic Workforce Solutions was created to enhance the growth and culmination of today's talent to strengthen and groom tomorrow's workforce into a dynamic, diverse masterpiece," Johnson said.

The company will operate nationwide. Nicole Ganier-Cosme will serve as president of Magic Workforce Solutions. Ganier-Cosme had served as executive VP of personnel services at Act-1 Group.
