BG Staffing previews earnings

BG Staffing Inc. (NYSE MKT: BGSF) expects to report full-year 2015 revenue increase 25.9% from 2014 to $217.5 million, the company announced in an earnings preview today. On a pro forma basis, the company expects to report revenue rose 9.9% to $245.8 million in 2015 from $223.7 million 2014. Pro forma revenue includes two and 12 months of revenue from D&W Talent LLC and nine and 12 months of revenue from Vision Technology Services in 2015 and 2014, respectively.

BG Staffing acquired the Donovan & Watkins (D&W) division of the Willis Group in the first quarter of 2015 and substantially all of the assets of the Vision Technology Services family of companies in the fourth quarter of 2015.

“In business, I believe the numbers speak for themselves and our numbers say, loud and clear, that we continue to deliver significant results for our shareholders,” said CEO Allen Baker Jr. “According to Staffing Industry Analysts, it is expected that our industry will grow by approximately 6% during 2016. We expect our growth will be in line with that.”

Separately, the board of directors extended Baker’s contract for at least three more years.
