Atlanta-based B2B Workforce LP, a division of Randstad Holding nv, announced Tuesday that Osmund “Oz” Fretz will be named president. B2B Workforce LP provides personnel and consulting services for enterprise software applications including SAP and Oracle in both the private and public sectors.

Fretz joined Randstad as a consultant in 2008. Prior to that, he had worked for IBM as VP of sales, and was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

“Oz’s deep understanding of the systems integration space and solid relationships within the company made him a natural choice for this position,” stated Dan Foley, president of Randstad Professionals US. “His industry experience and strong leadership skills are just a few of the assets he brings to the company and I look forward to the future of B2B under his leadership.”

In this position, Fretz will continue to advance the company’s vision, mission and core values. He will plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenue for the company and will be ultimately responsible for the continued growth of B2B as a leading provider of ERP/CRM resources to the IT marketplace.
