Average hourly earnings in the U.S. edged up to $19.21 in December for private-sector production employees and nonsupervisory employees on a seasonally adjusted basis, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today. Average hourly earnings include earnings from both full-time and part-time jobs.
