Australian job board SEEK (SEK: ASX) today announced that it has appointed Geoff Roberts to the position of Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Roberts, who has more than 20 years of financial experience, will join the company in November 2015.

Earlier this year, SEEK announced that current CFO John Armstrong was stepping down after 12 years with the company. He is leaving to pursue other interests but will remain with the company until the end of 2015. Mr Armstrong will remain on the board of Chinese job board and SEEK subsidiary Zhaopin.
