Arrow Strategies, a Bingham Farms, Mich.-based staffing company, acquired controlling interest of Hire Talent, a competitor based in Clinton Township, Mich. Hire Talent is a recruiting company with a focus on permanent placement services in the information technology and engineering sectors.

The transaction closed May 20; terms were not announced.

The Hire Talent brand will remain with Don Fraser continuing as president.

Hire Talent, a $2 million dollar company, also brings Arrow Strategies more opportunity for permanent placement business, which Arrow Strategies does not presently focus on.
