Arcus, a Harrisburg PA-based staffing firm, announced that it and Green Apple Corp., a Philadelphia-based information technology staffing firm, have merged.

The company will operate under the Arcus name. Green Apple founder Geoffrey Dreyer will serve as VP of staffing services.

Arcus posted revenue of $25 million in 2009.
