Arcadia Resources Inc. (AMEX: KAD) acquired Carolina Care LLC, an in-home healthcare business with three locations in North Carolina. It had $2.1 million in annualized revenue in 2007.

"Expanding our in-home care business throughout the U.S. is a strategic area of focus," Arcadia President and CEO Marvin Richardson said.

Arcadia is an Indianapolis-based staffing, home healthcare, and healthcare services company.
