Medical Concepts Staffing, the nurse staffing subsidiary of Analysts International Corp. (NASD: ANLY), was sold to Temps Inc., a St. Louis-based healthcare staffing firm. Medical Concepts posted approximately $3.0 million in annual revenue, according to Minneapolis-based Analysts International.

"Exiting Medical Concepts Staffing enables us to dedicate all of our resources and attention to focusing on our core IT business," said President and CEO Elmer Baldwin.

The deal was signed Friday and was effective Saturday, the company said.

Richard Riezman, chairman of Temps Inc. said the company is seeking to make more acquisitions.
