Analysts International Corp. (NASD: ANLY) named Douglas Neve as chairman of its board of directors effective immediately. Neve has been a director at Analysts International since May 2008. He formerly served as executive VP and CFO at Ceridian Corp.

Former Chairman Krzysztof Burhardt will remain on the board.

The new chairman isn't the only change at the Minneapolis-based provider of information technology services and staffing. Just last week the company announced it was replacing President and CEO Elmer Baldwin. The new president and CEO, Andrew Borgstrom, formerly served as CEO of RapiDemand, a Chicago-based consulting company.

In a conference call with investors on Tuesday, Borgstrom said Analysts International plans to keep its core strategy but accelerate performance.

"We lost money eight out of the last nine years; it's time for change," Borgstrom said.

The company is aiming to be profitable in the third or fourth quarter, he said.
