Analysts International CEO resigns

September 30, 2010

Analysts International Corp. (NASD: ANLY) reported Andrew Borgstrom resigned as president, CEO and director. The company named Brittany McKinney as interim president and CEO.

Borgstrom left to devote his full attention to RapiDemand, a technology merger and acquisition advisory firm founded by him. Borgstrom took on the role of president and CEO of the Minneapolis-based information technology staffing firm last December after the departure of Elmer Baldwin.

Interim CEO McKinney joined Analysts International three years ago and had most recently served as senior VP for the company's central region and its solutions practices. She has spent 15 yeas in the IT services industry.

"We remain firmly committed to growing our core IT staffing business and do not expect this transition to impact execution on our strategic plan," said board Chairman Doug Neve. "We look forward to building on the momentum that's been established to date and returning AIC to its great legacy as a premier IT staffing company."

Analysts International ranked on Staffing Industry Analysts 2010 list of largest U.S. staffing firms.
