AlphaStaff named Cristina Allan as president and CEO and reported past president and CEO Neal Bibeau resigned. Bibeau had taken on the role in April 2012; he will work with the company in an ongoing advisory role.

New CEO Allan joined AlphaStaff in 2004 and has held leadership positions in business development, operations, client relations and insurance management.

“As AlphaStaff continues on its insurance broker-centric growth strategy, Cristina’s background makes her uniquely qualified to lead the organization to new heights,” said Chairman Edgar Bronfman.

AlphaStaff is a professional employer organization based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. It ranked No. 5 on last year’s list of largest PEOs compiled by Staffing Industry Analysts.
