Alluvion Staffing acquires two Florida firms

July 09, 2015

Jacksonville, Fla.-based Alluvion Staffing acquired Reichard Staffing and RDW Professional Staffing, increasing its footprint in the Northeast Florida region.

The transaction closed June 30; terms were not disclosed. The deal increases Alluvion’s revenue by more than 50%.

Alluvion Staffing mostly handles long-term, contract-to-hire job placement and permanent placement. The transaction provides access to a larger client network.

“Our growth can be directly attributed to our talented team and our ability to deliver for our clients,” said Alluvion CEO David Reichard. “Our commitment to our clients and employees combined with favorable economic conditions has created an incredible opportunity for Alluvion. The need and demand for staffing firms, especially in the technology, healthcare, mortgage and logistics industries, has increased. Through this merger, we are well positioned for further growth.”

David Reichard launched Alluvion in 2000. His brother, Sean Reichard, founded Reichard Staffing in 2001.

RDW Professional Staffing was formed in 2014 by Macky Weaver, Sean Reichard and Robert Davis as managing directors. RDW operated in a strategic partnership with Sean Reichard’s company, Reichard Staffing, providing back office operations. Last year, the partnership placed more than 350 people in job contracts.

The four partners, Macky Weaver, Robert Davis and brothers David and Sean Reichard, will remain active with the Alluvion Staffing brand.
“By merging the companies, we are able to provide more depth and diversity to job seekers and our clients,” said Weaver, formerly managing director of RDW Professional Staffing, now managing director of Alluvion Staffing. “We want to strengthen our clients’ workforce as well as serve as a resource to them.”
Alluvion Staffing operates nationwide. Future growth plans include strategic locations throughout the US.
