Allied Healthcare International Inc. (NASD: AHCI), a UK-based healthcare staffing company, named Alexander "Sandy" Young is its new CEO and member of its board today. Interim CEO Sarah Eames will continue as executive VP until her employment agreement ends on April 16. Eames will also continue on the board of directors.

Young comes to Allied Healthcare after serving as managing director of electronic security at Chubb UK, a division of United Technologies Corp.
