Allegis buys largest legal search firm

Allegis Group said Monday it has acquired privately held legal search firm Major, Lindsey, and Africa. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Founded in 1982, Major, Lindsey, and Africa has offices in the United States, London, and Hong Kong. It's the largest legal search firm in America and has $50 million in revenue (Staffing Industry Report, July 25, 2007).
