Allegis Group Services, a division of Allegis group that provides MSP and RPO services, will now have Rick Haviland as its president. Haviland presently serves as president of MarketSource, another Allegis division. Haviland will continue in his role as president of MarketSource in addition to leading Allegis Group Services.

Chad Lane, who had served as president of Allegis Group Services, will take on the role of president global recruitment solutions for Talent2.

“The move to align AGS and MarketSource under the leadership of one president is a strategic move that will enable each of these thriving companies to leverage their strengths and capabilities,” Haviland said. “We see a strong alignment between these services businesses and feel there is a lot of opportunity to partner in an effort to increase the depth and breadth of our service offerings and enhance the customer experience.”

MarketSource and AGS will continue to run independently, but will seek future opportunities to share capabilities, the company said in a statement.

Talent2 is an Adelaide, Australia-based firm that provides staffing, recruitment process outsourcing, payroll and other services. Allegis Group and Morgan & Banks Investments each acquired 50 percent stakes in Talent2 in September.
