Akraya Inc., a Silicon Valley staffing and consulting firm, appointed Pankaj Jindal as CEO. Jindal succeeds Amar Panchal, who remains as co-founder and chairman of the board.
Jindal has served as Akraya’s chief operating officer since April 2013. Prior to Akraya, he was president of Seattle-based Aditi Technologies and Aditi Staffing.
Jindal plans rapid growth for Akraya.
“The opportunity for us over the next few years is huge as the temporary staffing market continues to grow, and I am honored to have been chosen to lead Akraya,” Jindal said. “We will continue to add service lines, open new geographies, deliver innovative solutions that our customers have come to expect, and overinvest in our employees — who have consistently made us the best place to work.”
Founded in 2001, Akraya provides staffing and consulting services with a focus on the IT, engineering, creative and marketing sectors.
Akraya garnered the top spot on Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2013 Best Staffing Firms to Work for survey, and was also selected as the best staffing firm to temp/contract for. Additionally, Akraya is listed on Staffing Industry Analysts’ diversity, acquirer and protégé lists.
