A one-year delay in the Affordable Care Act’s employer mandate doesn’t mean you can breathe a sigh of relief. Other parts of the ACA are still on track, including a notice requirement coming Oct. 1. Many ﬁnal rules are also yet to be released, and keeping on top of changes presents another challenge. In the meantime, staffing ﬁrms must deal with the lack of clarity.
