Advantage formally announces leadership changes

Advantage Resourcing formally announced executive leadership changes today at its U.S. and U.K. operations, including a new CEO and a president of its North American operations.

  • Toshio Oka assumed the role of CEO of Advantage Resourcing. Oka will report directly to Hitoshi Motohara, who will remain chairman of the board and involved in Advantage Resourcing’s progress. Oka was formerly corporate executive officer, global staffing business, for Recruit Holdings Co. Ltd. (the parent company of Advantage Resourcing), and CEO of Staff Services, which is Recruit’s largest staffing company based in Tokyo.
  • Mark Marheineke has been installed as the president of Advantage Resourcing North America. Marheineke had served as interim president since Oct. 1. He will also continue to serve as a board member. Marheineke formerly served as executive vice president of global operations. He has been in the staffing industry for 25 years
  • Graeme Maude has been appointed managing director of development of the international staffing business for Recruit Holdings. Based in London, Maude has been with Advantage for 10 years and most recently served as managing director of Advantage Resourcing UK Staffing. In his new role, he will support the company’s mission to grow Recruit's global footprint.
  • Ayano Senaha has been appointed as managing director of ARUK Staffing. Senaha joined Advantage Resourcing in 2012 as director of strategic planning for the U.K. staffing business and was also recently appointed director of Advantage xPO in the U.K. Senaha was a sales manager with Recruit Holdings in Japan prior to joining Advantage.
