Advantage Resourcing America Inc. CEO Toshio Oka will take on the additional role of president of Advantage Resourcing North America effective immediately, according to an announcement last week.

Oka will serve as CEO and in the president role on an ongoing basis. The president’s role had been filled by Mark Marheineke, who left the company.

Oka ranks on Staffing Industry Analysts list of 100 most influential people in staffing.

Advantage Resourcing is part of Recruit Holdings, one of the world’s largest staffing firms. Advantage Resourcing has more than 110 offices in 25 states, the North America Group targets technical, IT, light industrial and administrative services.
