Advantage RN, a West Chester, Ohio-based healthcare staffing provider, acquired CAC Employment Services, a healthcare staffing firm based in Centerville, Ohio.

“The addition of CAC strengthens our newly established Advantage On Call division,” said Advantage RN President and CEO Matt Price. “CAC has been successful in this arena for over 15 years and we look forward to adding their group of professionals and expertise to the Advantage RN and Advantage On Call teams.”

CAC provides registered nurses as well as other personnel such as medical assistants, receptionists and accounting personnel. The deal enhances Advantage RN’s presence in southwest Ohio and Florida.

CAC founder Cindy Hochwalt will remain with Advantage RN, where she will serve as a director. Hochwalt will lead the company’s Ohio and Florida local staffing divisions.
