Adecco will integrate its London-based hyphen division, an MSP and RPO provider, with its Pontoon division effective Jan. 1, the company announced today.

Hyphen will operate under the Pontoon brand and its 300 UK employees will join Pontoon’s global workforce operating in 92 countries and territories. Pontoon provides managed service provider and recruitment process outsourcing services; it is based in Jacksonville, Fla.

Zain Wadee, managing director of hyphen, will lead the enlarged Pontoon UK organization.

“The integration of hyphen and Pontoon’s business expertise is a fantastic way to start 2016,” Wadee said. “Pontoon’s unified MSP, RPO and [contingent workforce solutions] specializations and new global team structure will provide clients with the expertise, market access and resources needed to take their business to the next level.”

Wadee will report to global Pontoon President Michael Wachholz and John Marshall, regional head of Adecco UK and Ireland.

Hyphen was part of Spring Group, which Adecco acquired in 2009.
