Addison Search, a Chicago-based staffing firm, has acquired the VMS staffing division of Workway Inc., which will operate as inSync Staffing LLC.  The division specializes in providing staff augmentation services to MSP and VMS programs nationally. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“We recognize the growth in market share of contingent labor spend that MSP/VMS companies are managing and the value in servicing them with a customized delivery model,” said David Morgan, Addison Search president. “InSync Staffing's team has proven that they are a best in class delivery solution to these VMS/MSP customers and we look forward to providing them with the resources required to allow them to continue to grow to meet the demand of their VMS/MSP program customers.”

Started in October 2007, inSync Staffing currently supports more than 30 VMS program customers with employees in 43 states.
