Active Staffing Services, a temporary staffing provider headquartered in New York, entered into a binding agreement to acquire Complete Staffing Services, a provider of administrative, clerical, professional and light industrial labor in the Houston market.

Active expects the acquisition to improve efficiencies and increase its presence in the Southwest.

Complete Staffing Services will retain its brand, operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of Active Staffing Services. Active is in the process of integrating Complete’s software and the integration of both companies will occur over the next three months.

“The combination of Complete Staffing Services with our proven reputation in the industry, the partnerships we hold, and the techniques we utilize to understand individual client needs will provide our present and new clients with qualified temporary staffing employees,” said Active President Elliot Elzweig.
