Accountable promotes president to CEO role

November 09, 2015

Accountable Healthcare Staffing Inc., a Boca Raton, Fla.-based healthcare staffing provider, appointed Kevin S. Little as CEO, effective Nov. 11. Little replaces Robert J. Adamson, who takes over the newly created role of executive chairman.

Little will retain the responsibilities of president until a new president is named; internal candidates are currently being considered.

Little joined Accountable in 2012 as president. He previously was co-founder and chief financial officer of Medical Staffing Network since 1998. Little began his career as comptroller of StarMed Staffing in 1995.

“At Accountable, Kevin’s leadership and business acumen has helped us grow from a start-up into a scale, industry leader in a short, three and a half year period,” said Adamson. “The board is confident that Kevin will lead Accountable to continued growth and increased shareholder value.”

Accountable last month promoted Chad Blackson to president of its travel healthcare division, a newly created position that resulted from the merger of the firm’s travel nurse and travel allied business units.

Accountable ranks No. 11 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest healthcare staffing firms in the United States.
