Accountable Healthcare Holdings Corp. acquired Rich Healthcare Solutions LLC, a privately held healthcare staffing provider based in Virginia. Rich Healthcare Solutions provides per diem, contract and permanent placement of healthcare professionals in Northern Virginia, Washington and Maryland. Its owner was Rich Benvenuto.

The buy of Rich Healthcare Solutions marks Accountable Healthcare’s fourth acquisition in 2012.

“Rich has an exemplary reputation as a provider of high quality healthcare professionals in its market place,” said Accountable Healthcare Chairman and CEO Robert Adamson. “The company will be rebranded Accountable Healthcare Staffing and I am pleased to say that the company's founder and staff will remain in place.”

Adamson is former CEO of Medical Staffing Network, one of the largest providers of per diem nursing.
