Accountable Healthcare Holdings Corp, a Boca Raton, Fla.-based healthcare staffing provider, acquired First Choice Staffing Solutions LLC, a healthcare staffing firm that provides professionals to hospital facilities across central and south Georgia.

First Choice is Accountable Healthcare's third acquisition in 2012. First Choice is based in Macon, Ga.
