Accountabilities revenue falls 15%

Accountabilities Inc. (OTCBB: ACBT.OB), a Manalapan NJ-based staffing firm, reported revenue fell 15.3% to $12.9 million in its fiscal third quarter ended June 30 compared with the year-ago period, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Gross margin narrowed to 13.0% from 13.3% in the year ago-quarter.

Accountabilities, which provides commercial and professional staffing, posted a third-quarter net loss of $75,000 compared with net income of $5,000 in the third quarter of the prior year.

The company also announced that Robert Gagne was elected to its board, according to a separate SEC filing. Gagne is founder and president of Advanced Risk Solutions Inc., a retail brokerage and risk management consulting firm.
